1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of two parcels totaling 572.8 acres. It is comprised <br /> of seven Assessor's Numbers. The project is in a agricultural area with a property zoning of AG-80. <br /> The addresses are 7007, 7111, 7313, 7327, 7338, 7451, and 7463 W. March Lane, Stockton, <br /> California. The property Assessor's Parcel Numbers are 071-140-01, 02, 07, 08, 09, 10, and 11. <br /> Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to create a six parcels <br /> from the existing 572.8 acre parcels. <br /> 1.2 Parcel vicinity location map: (See Appendix). <br /> 1.3 Site map: (See Appendix). <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE• <br /> 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present uses at the site to assess potential problems: The present <br /> owners, Francesca Muzio DeMello,Anna L.Solari,and Rita Busalacchi,have owned this property <br /> for well over 20 years. The past and present uses of the properly have been for agricultural <br /> purposes. There is an existing home. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: The existing 572.8 acre parcels have a <br /> house and its own septic system. <br /> 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for septic permits revealed no permits for the 572.8 <br /> acre parcels. <br /> 3.3 Discussion of On-site Repair History: There is no history of septic repair/addition. <br /> 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: There is only one <br /> septic system in the area and it is not likely permitted. It may predate the need for permits. It <br /> must have been an Engineered system due to high groundwater. <br /> 3.5 General area septic permit history (number/types/dates of permits, age of system, <br /> permit numbers, copies in report): In searching permits for septic systems in San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department records,there are no record of septic systems in the <br /> general area. <br /> 3.6 Discussion of general area septic tank repair history: Repair history of the septic systems <br /> in this area is non-existent. There are no systems of record in the vicinity. <br /> 3.7 Description of proposed or expected maximum (including second unit dwellings) septic <br /> tank usage on site: There are no immediate plans for construction. Each parcel is entitled to a <br /> primary residence and a second unit dwelling. Any new septic systems must be constructed <br /> under a permit. <br /> 1 <br />
