1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of two parcels totaling 572.8 acres. It is comprised of seven Assessor's Numbers. The project is in a agricultural area with a property zoning of AG-80. The addresses are 7007, 7111, 7313, 7327, 7338, 7451, and 7463 W. March Lane, Stockton, California. The property Assessor's Parcel Numbers are 071-140-01, 02, 07, 08, 09, 10, and 11. Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to create a six parcels from the existing 572.8 acre parcels. 1.2 Parcel vicinity location map: (See Appendix). 1.3 Site map: (See Appendix). 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE• 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present uses at the site to assess potential problems: The present owners, Francesca Muzio DeMello,Anna L.Solari,and Rita Busalacchi,have owned this property for well over 20 years. The past and present uses of the properly have been for agricultural purposes. There is an existing home. 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: The existing 572.8 acre parcels have a house and its own septic system. 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for septic permits revealed no permits for the 572.8 acre parcels. 3.3 Discussion of On-site Repair History: There is no history of septic repair/addition. 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: There is only one septic system in the area and it is not likely permitted. It may predate the need for permits. It must have been an Engineered system due to high groundwater. 3.5 General area septic permit history (number/types/dates of permits, age of system, permit numbers, copies in report): In searching permits for septic systems in San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department records,there are no record of septic systems in the general area. 3.6 Discussion of general area septic tank repair history: Repair history of the septic systems in this area is non-existent. There are no systems of record in the vicinity. 3.7 Description of proposed or expected maximum (including second unit dwellings) septic tank usage on site: There are no immediate plans for construction. Each parcel is entitled to a primary residence and a second unit dwelling. Any new septic systems must be constructed under a permit. 1
