Health Services <br /> 1200 Responsibility For Health Care Services X <br /> The facility administrator has developed a plan to <br /> ensure provision of emergency and basic health care <br /> services to all inmates. <br /> 1207 Medical Receiving Screening X INMATES ARE NOT BOOKED INTO THIS <br /> (Not applicable for CH.) (See regulation for <br /> exception.) <br /> (b) This screening is completed in accordance with X <br /> written procedures established by the facility <br /> administrator. <br /> (c) The screening includes,but is not limited to, X <br /> medical, mental health,developmental <br /> disabilities,and communicable diseases, <br /> including,TB and other airborne diseases. <br /> (d) The screening is performed by licensed health X <br /> care staff or by trained facility staff. <br /> (e) There is a written plan for compliance with PC§ X <br /> 2656,which allows prisoners to keep prescribed <br /> orthopedic or prosthetic appliances unless an <br /> immediate risk to security has been determined. <br /> (f) There is a written plan to provide medical care X <br /> for any inmate who appears in the need of or <br /> requests medical,mental health or <br /> developmental disability treatment. <br /> 1209 Transfer to a Treatment Facility X <br /> (Not applicable for CH.) <br /> (a) Provision is made to transfer mentally <br /> disordered inmates to a treatment facility as <br /> provided in PC §4011.6 or 4011.8,unless the <br /> jail contains a designated treatment facility. <br /> (b) Inmates who cannot be cared for adequately X <br /> with any jail are transferred to a designated <br /> treatment facility as soon a possible. <br /> 1212 Vermin Control X NO WRITTEN PROCEDURE AVAILABLE BUT <br /> (Not applicable for CH.)
