The facility was found to be in compliance with the environmental health requirements of Title 15 and <br /> Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations at the time of inspection. <br /> Notes: <br /> Section 1245: Kitchen Facilities, Sanitation and Food Service - Purchasing, receiving, storing, handling, <br /> reheating, and serving food are activities that are encompassed by the California Retail Food Code. Compliance <br /> with all applicable sections of the California Retail Food Code is required. <br /> Section 1246: Food Serving — The staff person handling and serving food should have adequate knowledge of, <br /> and shall be properly trained in, food safety as it relates to their assigned duties (California Retail Food Code - <br /> HSC § 113947). <br /> Recommendation: <br /> The applicable sections of the California Retail Food Code, including the training requirements, can be <br /> incorporated into the appropriate element of the written food service plan, as noted in California Code of <br /> Regulations, Title 15, Section 1243.
