No further action is required to close this violation. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 114 CCR 66262.40(a) Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: Designated facility signed and dated copies of some Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifests <br /> (UHWM)were not found in the Clean Earth portal when reviewed on-site. The missing manifests are: <br /> Manifest number, shipment date <br /> 003119793CLE 3/30/2021 <br /> 002643622PSC 1/14/2020 <br /> 002629314PSC 1/7/2020 <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br /> with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br /> which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. The hazardous waste generator must submit an exception report to <br /> the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)within 45 days if the destination facility signed <br /> manifest copy is not received from the transporter or designated facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate the destination facility signed manifests listed above and maintain in the facility file <br /> for three years from the date of shipping. Send a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD). <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 303 CCR 66265.33 Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination equipment. <br /> OBSERVATION:An eyewash station near the wood cutting area was missing the water bottle(s). <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All facility communications or alarm systems,fire protection equipment,spill control <br /> equipment, and decontamination equipment,where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure <br /> its proper operation in time of emergency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Bring the eyewash station into proper working order.
