The missing manifests are: <br /> Manifest number, shipment date <br /> 003119793CLE 3/30/2021 <br /> 002643622PSC 1/14/2020 <br /> 002629314PSC 1/7/2020 <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in <br /> accordance with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the <br /> designated facility which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years <br /> from the date the waste was accepted by the initial transporter. The hazardous waste generator must submit an <br /> exception report to the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)within 45 days if the destination <br /> facility signed manifest copy is not received from the transporter or designated facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate the destination facility signed manifests listed above and maintain in the facility <br /> file for three years from the date of shipping. Send a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD). <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class 11. <br /> 303 CCR 66265.33 Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination equipment. <br /> OBSERVATION:An eyewash station near the wood cutting area was missing the water bottle(s). <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All facility communications or alarm systems,fire protection equipment, spill control <br /> equipment, and decontamination equipment,where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to <br /> assure its proper operation in time of emergency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Bring the eyewash station into proper working order. Provide a corrective action <br /> statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class 11. <br /> 704 CCR 66273.33(b) Universal Waste Handler failed to properly manage universal waste lamps. <br /> OBSERVATION: Universal waste lamps were observed stored in an open container. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66273.33 Universal Waste <br /> Management Requirements for Batteries, Lamps, and Mercury-Containing Equipment <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The lamp box was closed during the inspection.
