The water stream <br /> hit the ceiling. <br /> 3.An eyewash bottle, in a first aid kit, near the forklift battery recharge area,was expired with a date of December <br /> 2021. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All facility communications or alarm systems,fire protection equipment, spill control <br /> equipment, and decontamination equipment,where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to <br /> assure its proper operation in time of emergency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Bring the fire extinguishers and eyewash stations into proper working order by repair or <br /> replacement. Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 403 CCR 66265.173 Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following open hazardous waste storage containers were observed on-site: <br /> 1. Used oil container in the tool rental center. <br /> 2. Waste fuel container in the tool rental center. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A container holding hazardous waste shall always be closed during transfer and <br /> storage, except when it is necessary to add or remove waste. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are <br /> closed when not adding or removing waste.
