Met with City of Stockton Code MURO <br />Enforcement Officers Ron Martinez and Leeshon Gaines. Observed illegal food <br />operation in progress. The individual's name was Miguel. Miguel did not have any <br />identification or a vehicle. He stated he was dropped off by his boss. Advised that <br />it is illegal to sell or give any food items to the public. Issued Notice to Abate. The <br />City of Stockton Code Enforcement officers could not issue waring since the <br />vendor did not have any identification. <br />NOTE: This complaint was generated one day after the site visit.
