Met with shift leader, Alexus who was aware of the MURO
restroom situation. Alexus stated the facility one employee restroom and one
guest restroom. On the night of March 30, staff became aware that the guest
restroom toilet was clogged. The employee restroom was not impacted. Staff
attempted to resolve issue, however they could not. Staff was recommended by
management to close both restrooms due to potentially creating a bigger issue
due to the low pressure in the plumbing. Facility retained a contractor, Aries, the
following morning of March 31. The issue was resolved in the afternoon of March
31. Verified both restrooms to be fully functional.
Inspection report emailed to: elaine.chang@pandarg.com.
5105. rpt Page 1 of 1
