All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />Collard Greens -- Steam Table -- 154.00° F <br /> <br />2 dr True Prep Cooler-- 41.00° F <br />3-compartment sink-- 131.00° F <br /> <br />Hand Sink-- 108.00° F <br />NOTES <br />On-site for complaint investigation. Spoke to owner and was granted consent to inspect premises. I did not observe <br />cross-contamination or violations in with the dry storage of food items. No violation or cross-contamination was observed with <br />food items in the cold and hot holding units. Unable to verify complaint. <br />Inspection report was emailed to owner. <br />To minimize person-to-person contact, the signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
