Telephone: (209) 466-2751 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00054866 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />SECOND ALARM STRUCTURE FIRE IN THE FACILITY. WATER ENTRY INTO THE ROOF. THE COMPLAINANT DID <br />NOT KNOW WHETHER THE GAS OR ELECTRICITY WAS SHUT OFF. THE FIRE OCCURRED ON 5/2/22 AT 1:40 PM <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />Complaint investigation for the fire that occurred on 05-02-2022.: Met with store manager Brandon Nessler. Brandon reported <br />the fire occurred on the southwest end of the facility. The cause of the fire was due to an inverter from the solar panels that <br />caught on fire on the roof top. The inverter was immediately shut off. The gas and electricity were not shut off. After the fire, a <br />fireman reported a small puddle of water inside the facility on the floor beneath the fire. No ceiling damage was identified. It is <br />believed the water leaked through the ceiling beams. There was no visible damage to the ceiling and floor was cleaned up. <br />Observed a display shelf with bags of chips and stacked pallets with 2 - liter Coca Cola bottles in close proximity to where the <br />water had reportedly leaked. Verified that the food items were not impacted by the water leak. No other food items were <br />impacted. <br />Compliant findings were emailed to the facility. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
