#27 Food Protected from Contamination <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed teapot stored on top of ice inside ice machine. Discontinue storing items inside ice machine to <br />prevent contaminating ice. Corrected on site, teapot was removed. <br />Observed ice scoop stored on top of cutting board. Store ice scoop in a cleanable container to prevent contamination. <br />Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food shall be separated and protected from contamination.
