Spoke to employee regarding the MURO <br />complaint. I was allowed to inspect the premises including the hot holding unit for <br />the fried chicken, biscuits, corn dogs, and potato wedges. The hot holding unit was <br />on and measured at 167 F. Temperatures for the individual food items were taken. <br />No violation was identified.
