All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP ° F-- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />Complaint inspection. <br />Employee was not aware of complaint. <br />Did not observe any cockroaches or other pests inside facility during the inspection. <br />Per manager the facility is serviced by pest control every 3 months. <br />Name of pest control company and date of last service were not provided during the inspection. <br />Maintain pest control and increase as necessary. <br />Discussed report with Adriana Aguila, Employee. <br />No signature captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
