Comstock Rd., Linden CA <br /> In accordance with the Employee Housing Act, the employee housing facilities noted above <br /> were inspected by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) on <br /> various dates in 2010. The EHD has documented that substantial actions have been taken <br /> during the past year to correct many of the outstanding violations at these locations. <br /> The EHD understands that the process to correct these violations may take some time and <br /> appreciates the efforts and progress made so far. Because corrections to these violations <br /> are still ongoing, the EHD has issued these employee housing facilities a Conditional Permit <br /> to Operate.
