Frederick Ave., Ripon <br />Service Request SR0085513 <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department has received and reviewed your Surface and <br />Subsurface Contamination Report dated 11 July 2022 and has found the report meets the requirements of <br />San Joaquin County and Code Title 9, section 9-905.12 (a). EHD has the following comments for your <br />consideration: <br />1. The stockpile of diesel -contaminated soil has been remediated to the point where there is no significant <br />threat to public health or the environment according to correspondence from the Central Valley <br />Regional Water Quality Control Board's (CVRWQCB) dated 25 July 2019. This soil stockpile is to be <br />used for road base at this site only (CVRWQCB Correspondence 25 July 2019). <br />2. Open, pump, and backfill the abandoned septic tank located near the greenhouses on APN: 22813027, <br />22770 S. Frederick Avenue, under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department (San <br />Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br />3. Obtain an onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS) permit for the farm labor mobile -home on APN: <br />22813027, 22770 S. Frederick Avenue, Ripon (San Joaquin County OWTS Standards Section 2). <br />4.
