All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F --COMMENTS <br />hand sink — back restroom-- 130.00° F hand sink—side restroom — 136.00° F <br />NOTES <br />Complaint inspection. <br />Manager was not aware of complaint. <br />The hot water at the restroom hand sink reached 136 F, cold water was available at hand sinks. <br />Hand sinks had hot and cold water handles. <br />EHD recommends adding mixing mixing valves at hand sinks to prevent scalding hot water. <br />Discussed report with Guillermo Estrada. <br />No signature captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
