SAN JOAQUIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />COUNTY <br />Time In: 12:50 pm <br />Time Out: 1:20 pm <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: HILDAS MEXICAN FOOD Date: 08/11/2022 <br />Address: 2359 E WATERLOO RD, STOCKTON 95205 <br />Owner/Operator: BARAJAS, JENNIFER & HERNANDEZ, HILDA Telephone (209) 915-4179 <br />Program Element 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00055120 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT SAYS THERE ARE LIVE CHICKENS BEHIND THE RESTAURANT UNDER A TARP (NEAR THE HAIR <br />SALON) AND IS WORRIED THEY ARE CONTAMINATING FOOD. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />Complaint Inspection. <br />Owner was not aware of complaint. <br />Observed one cage in the back to the side of the storage shed with 1 chicken and another cage behind the storage shed that <br />was partially blocked. <br />Per owner there are 2 chickens on site and some chicks, the chickens were for personal use. <br />Chickens were kept in cages and away from food storage areas. <br />Door to storage shed was kept closed unless being used. <br />Discussed report with Jennifer Barajas, Owner. <br />No signature captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
