When I arrived I spoke to Lt. Riley who confirmed that we were on the
warrant. PG&E was also present as they were shutting off power to the property.
A large amount chemicals, including 100's of pounds of dry oxidizers were
present. A building was built with two rooms full of cannabis and chemicals.
Another building was being prepared for more cannabis. A shed was converted
into a bathroom and connected to the septic. A red tube connected a faucet at the
side of the home with the septic clean-out. I will ask Mr. Shih and Mr. Wong for
their thoughts on this.
Posted the property with a Cannabis Notice and Order to Abate and a Hazardous
Waste/Materials Notice and Order to Abate.
Spoke with the owner , about what needed to be done
to correct the violations. I gave Mr. Diaz my business card.
06/08/2022 Spoke with Mr. Saeed in CUPA about the large amount of pool cleaner on the SUSZYCKI
property. He stated that anything under 500 lbs. is not regulated by them.
06/08/2022 Used the pictures taken during the complaint investigation to create a SUSZYCKI
photographic log.
Created a list of chemicals observed at the property.
Turned the complaint in for review.
06/09/2022 Updated RP information. SUSZYCKI
06/09/2022 Received a call from the owner and he asked me exactly what he needed to do to SUSZYCKI
correct the violations. I told him that he needed to dispose of all the weed and all
the chemicals at a household hazardous waste facility, then contact us. I told him
that we needed a receipt to make sure that the chemicals were properly disposed
of. The owner confirmed that he does pool cleaning and that is why he had so
much oxidizer in the garage.
06/10/2022 Received a call from Pedro Diaz stating that everything had been properly
SUSZYCKI
disposed of and that he had a receipt from the disposal facility. Set an
appointment for a final inspection on 6/13/22 at 1000.
Abated By:
51oarpt Page 1 of 2
