EMPLOYEES TOLD COMPLAINANT THAT THEY ARE <br /> OUT OF ORDER. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint investigation. Met with shift leader,Alexus who was aware of the restroom situation.Alexus stated the facility one <br /> employee restroom and one guest restroom. On the night of March 30, staff became aware that the guest restroom toilet was <br /> clogged. The employee restroom was not impacted. Staff attempted to resolve issue, however they could not. Staff was <br /> recommended by management to close both restrooms due to potentially creating a bigger issue due to the low pressure in <br /> the plumbing. Facility retained a contractor,Aries,the following morning of March 31.
