We request your review of the document.
This work plan details the proposed scope of work to implement the decommissioning activities for two
monitoring wells at the former Stockton MGP Site that are no longer monitored as part of the post-
remediation Monitoring and Reporting Program. Decommissioning of these two wells was approved by
the DTSC in their 21 January 2021 letter in response to requests made in the 2020 Groundwater
Monitoring Report from ETIC. The work will be conducted under permit and in accordance with
requirements of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD).
As requested in the DTSC Work Plan Comment Letter dated October 13, 2021, Section 3.3 has been
revised to state that materials generated from drilling will be managed as hazardous until analytical
results show otherwise. The Work Plan has been stamped by a registered geologist in the State of
California.
Please feel free to contact me at(925) 415-6381, Jeremy Janusziewicz of Jacobs at(858) 229-5462, or
Andrea DePoy of Jacobs at(574) 217-7035 if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Anne P.
