<br />Instruction #: I2.5 <br />Rev 4/3/19 Page 3 <br /> <br />11) Make sure all canister tags are filled out and match the COC. If cans are unused, please check the <br />“unused” box on the canister tag. <br />12) Notify your Eurofins Air Toxics Project Manager via phone (1-800-985-5955) or email <br />(Airtoxics@EurofinsUs.com) prior to sample delivery if rush TAT analysis is required. <br />13) Safely pack all sampling media and COC’s in boxes and return to the lab. <br />Note: You may keep a carbon copy of the COC for your records. <br /> <br />Integrated Sampling Setup (with flow controller) <br />1) Place the canister in the desired sample location. <br />2) Connect your flow controller to the canister by pulling back on the sleeve of the female QT fitting <br />located at the end of the flow controller. <br /> <br />3) Place the female QT fitting over the male QT fitting located on top of the canister.
