Personnel entering shall provide their naive, company affiliation and providing government <br /> issued photo ID and facial photograph. Only after verifying their identity and reason for visit shall <br /> any visitor be granted access into the facility proper. <br /> Visitors may be defined as any non-employee personnel representing vendors, contractors, <br /> deliveries, customers, or clients. <br /> Visitors will be restricted to authorized areas unless otherwise communicated. Accompanying <br /> employee will be required to remain with visiting personnel until which time they return to <br /> designated reception area. Visitor logs and related records shall be maintained digitally with cloud- <br /> based storage. <br /> Access to specified areas may be controlled and/or restricted through key code programming. <br /> Access to specified areas or work-stations will be established at time of employment with the <br /> opportunity for reevaluation by Greene Brothers Farm supervising personnel. <br /> Employees shall be restricted from sharing designated access code information.Any employee <br /> found to be lending or borrowing access code information will be immediately admonished up to <br /> and including termination. Any lost or stolen cards will be reported to security personnel <br /> immediately. <br /> SECURITY SYSTEM/MONITORING <br /> ♦ Appropriate alarm monitoring sensors will be fixed on every point of entry (doors <br /> and windows). Motion detector sensors will be placed on all exterior facing glass to <br /> include all windows and glass doors.Motion sensors will also be placed in <br /> hallways and delivery and loading areas <br /> ♦ Security monitors displaying the all surveillance camera vantage points shall <br /> be located in the security office.Alarm Activation <br /> ♦ The surveillance and alarm system shall also be capable of remote accessibility <br /> In the event of alarm activation, it is critical that the appropriate personnel be dispatched in a timely <br /> manner manage circumstances accordingly. <br /> ➢ Burglar alarms shall cause the dispatch of local law enforcement(San Joaquin County <br /> Sheriff), including dispatch of Sheriff personnel and notification of Greene Brothers Farm <br /> security and executive personnel <br /> ADDITIONAL SECURITY MEASURES <br /> a Signage shall be visibly posted on the building exterior advising of 24-hour video and <br /> audio surveillance. <br /> • All windows of the building appropriately reinforced providing visual indication to <br /> potential intruders of expanded security measures <br /> ♦ All dumpsters containing waste shall be kept locked at all times within the facility's restricted <br /> 5 <br />
