The missing manifests are: <br /> Manifest number, ship date <br /> 020382376JJK 12/2/2020 <br /> 008119892SKS 3/9/2022 <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br /> with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br /> which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. The hazardous waste generator must submit a copy of the manifest <br /> to the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)within 60 days if the destination facility signed <br /> manifest copy is not received from the transporter or designated facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate the destination facility signed manifests listed above and maintain in the facility file <br /> for three years from the date of shipping. Send a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD). <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 117 CCR 66265.16 Failed to maintain complete hazardous waste training records. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business operator could not produce documentation during the inspection that demonstrates <br /> employees have complete hazardous waste training for the past three years. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: <br /> New employees shall be trained within 180 days of hire and annually thereafter as specified in Title 22 California <br /> Code of Regulations section 66265.16.The owner or operator shall maintain training records on current personnel <br /> until closure of the facility and training records on former employees for at least three years from the date the <br /> employee last worked at the facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately train all employees who work with hazardous waste in compliance within the <br /> time frames and training materials required by this section. Provide training documentation to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days.
