S A N J D AR I N Environmental Health Department <br /> (L)j ;"� i y <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> Sherwin-Williams#8523 1 15390 S HARLAN RD, LATHROP October 13, 2022 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d)Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days(90 days acute/extremely). <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br /> greater than 180 days . <br /> -One 55 gallon black steel drum of residential toners in bottles with accumulation start date of 08/30/2021 was <br /> found in the hazardous waste storage area. <br /> -One 55 gallon black steel drum of flammable liquids with accumulation start date of 08/30/2021 was found in the <br /> hazardous waste storage area. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the <br /> disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers <br /> were: <br /> -One 55 gallon black steel drum of residential toners in bottles was found in the hazardous waste storage area <br /> with no hazardous properties. <br /> -One tote of empty containers of water base coloring was found in the hazardous waste storage area with no label. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
