The parts on-site were the business <br /> activities page, business owner/operator page, inventory list, and the site map. The emergency response plan in the <br /> California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)was not on-site and not included in the email sent to me. There is an <br /> Adobe PDF error on page ten of the attachment sent to me. I have attached a copy of what is in CERS which is the <br /> Consolidated Emergency Response/Contingency Plan (filled out CERS template). <br /> 1 <br />
