CAD 990 794 133 Modification 0 (h) Inspection and Entry Pursuant to 40 CFR 270.30(1) , the Owner/Operator shall allow the Director, or an authorized representative, upon the presentation of credentials and other documents, as may be required y law, to: (1) Enter at reasonable times upon the Owner/Operator's premises where a regulated facility or activity is located or conducted, or where records must be kept under the conditions of this permit; (2) Have access to and copy, at reasonable times, any records that must be kept under the con- ditions of this Permit; (3) inspect at reasonable times any facilities, equipment (including monitoring and control equipment) , practices, or operations regu- lated or required under this Permit; and (4) Sample or monitor, at reasonable times, . for the purposes of assuring Permit com- pliance or as otherwise authorized by RCRA, any substances or parameters at any location. (i) Monitoring and Records (1) Samples and measurements taken for the pur- pose of monitoring shall be rep- resentative of the monitored activity. The method used to obtain a representative sample of the waste to be analyzed must be the ap- propriate method from Appendix I of_40 CFR Part 261 or an equivalent method approved by the Director. Laboratory methods must be those specified in Test Methods for Evaluating Solid Waste: PhysicalZChemical Methods SW-846, Standard Methods of Was- tewater Analysis, EPA Method 524.27, or an equivalent method, as specified in the Waste Analysis Plan (See Permit Attachment 1) . (40 CFR 270.30 (j) (1) J (2) The Owner/Operator shall retain records of all monitoring information, including all calibration and maintenance records and all original strip chart recordings for continuous monitoring instrumentation, copies of all reports and records required by this Permit, the certification required by 40 6
