AUL <br /> RCRA Permit - Forwa Landfill Ip May 1991 <br /> EPA I.D. CAD 990 794 133 Modification 0 <br /> (h) Inspection and Entry <br /> Pursuant to 40 CFR 270.30(1) , the <br /> Owner/Operator shall allow the Director, or an <br /> authorized representative, upon the <br /> presentation of credentials and other <br /> documents, as may be required y law, to: <br /> (1) Enter at reasonable times upon the <br /> Owner/Operator's premises where a <br /> regulated facility or activity is located or <br /> conducted, or where records must be kept <br /> under the conditions of this permit; <br /> (2) Have access to and copy, at reasonable times, <br /> any records that must be kept under the con- <br /> ditions of this Permit; <br /> (3) inspect at reasonable times any facilities, <br /> equipment (including monitoring and control <br /> equipment) , practices, or operations regu- <br /> lated or required under this Permit; and <br /> (4) Sample or monitor, at reasonable times, . for <br /> the purposes of assuring Permit com- <br /> pliance or as otherwise authorized by RCRA, <br /> any substances or parameters at any location. <br /> (i) Monitoring and Records <br /> (1) Samples and measurements taken for the pur- <br /> pose of monitoring shall be rep- <br /> resentative of the monitored activity. The <br /> method used to obtain a representative sample <br /> of the waste to be analyzed must be the ap- <br /> propriate method from Appendix I of_40 CFR <br /> Part 261 or an equivalent method approved <br /> by the Director. Laboratory methods must <br /> be those specified in Test Methods for <br /> Evaluating Solid Waste: PhysicalZChemical <br /> Methods SW-846, Standard Methods of Was- <br /> tewater Analysis, EPA Method 524.27, or an <br /> equivalent method, as specified in the <br /> Waste Analysis Plan (See Permit Attachment <br /> 1) . (40 CFR 270.30 (j) (1) J <br /> (2) The Owner/Operator shall retain records of <br /> all monitoring information, including all <br /> calibration and maintenance records and <br /> all original strip chart recordings for <br /> continuous monitoring instrumentation, <br /> copies of all reports and records required by <br /> this Permit, the certification required by 40 <br /> 6 <br />
