Harding Lawson Associates (HLA) is pleased to <br />transmit this report which details a proposed work plan for treatment of gasoline <br />containing soil at Forward Landfill in Stockton, California. This work plan was <br />prepared in response to recent air quality regulations concerning uncontrolled emissions <br />effective in July 1991. <br />In order to meet project schedules and take advantage of summer weather conditions, <br />we respectfully request your comments on this work plan at your earliest convenience. <br />It is the intent of Forward and HLA to begin construction of the treatment units as <br />soon as possible so that treatment activities can commence by October 1, 1991. <br />We trust this is the information that you require at this time.
