CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br /> CENTRAL VALLEY REGION <br /> ORDER NO. 91-206 <br /> RESCISSION OF CEASE AND DESIST ORDER NO. 83-063 <br /> FOR <br /> FORWARD INCORPORATED <br /> WASTE MANAGEMENT FACILITY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> The California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, <br /> (hereafter Board) findsthat: <br /> 1. The Board adopted Cease and Desist Order No. 83-063 on 27 May 1983 <br /> against Forward Inc. , Waste Management Facility, (hereafter Discharger), <br /> directing compliance with the Waste Discharge Requirements Order No. <br /> 73-183. <br /> 2. The Discharger has achieved compliance with the Cease and Desist Order. <br /> . The issuance of this Order is exempt from the provisions of the <br /> California Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code Section <br /> 21000, et seq.), in accordance with Section 15321(a)(2), Title 14, <br /> California Code of Regulations. <br /> 4. The Board, on 22 November 1991, held a hearing and considered all <br /> evidence on this matter. <br /> IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT Cease and Desist Order No. 83-063 is rescinded. <br /> I, WILLIAM H.
