A proposal was madetothe, City of Stockton
Regional Wastewaster Control Facility (RWCF) to receive approximately 300,000 gallons of leachate.
RWCF responded by providing Forward with it's acceptance requirements.
Discrete and composite leachate samples were taken and submitted under chain of custody to Geo
Analytical Services of Modesto, Ca. Samples were analyzed for the following parameters:
TPH oil and grease EPA Method 608 TDS` %3
1,
96 Hour Fish Bioassay EPA Method 624, TSS '
TCLP for CAM 17 Metals . EPA Method 625
Reactivity Corrosively Igigtability
y<
Results from the analysis listed above were submitted to RWCF for review'. -Ba sed on the results RWCF
granted Forward permission to dispose of 300,000 gallons of leachate at it's facility.
Delivery of the 300,000 coupled with a limited amount of evaporation has reduced the liquid level in the
evaporation pond such that 4' feet of freeboard now exists.
If the wet weather persists Forward will reapply to RWCF for additional delivery capacity.
If you have any questions please telephone me at (209) 4664482.
Sincerely,
t-- L'.""'r
Eric D.
