David Welch is a California Professional Engineering Geologist, Hydrogeologist, <br />and Geophysicist. He received a bachelor's degree in geology from the <br />University of the Pacific and a master's degree in geology from San Jose State <br />University. He has worked in the engineering geology, environmental, and <br />geophysical fields since 1990. In addition to environmental and geologic <br />investigations, Mr. Welch's work experience includes geophysical exploration <br />and modeling for groundwater, oil, and gas. <br />Ms. Racco and Mr. Welch founded Live Oak GeoEnvironmental, Inc. in 2009. <br />LOGE 2214 13 <br />
