materials handling. This report relies on many sources; Live Oak cannot warrant
the accuracy or completeness of information provided by those sources.
Furthermore, no sample collection and analysis has been performed as part of
this report; without soil and groundwater analysis, all conclusions of this report
should be considered professional opinion, not scientific certainty. Site
conditions and regulatory guidelines are subject to change and may invalidate
portions of this report. This report and its recommendations in no way fulfill or
reduce the property owner's responsibilities related to the environmental
management of the Site under local, State, and Federal law. Finally, many
sources of contamination are identified by a typical SSCR. Although the San
Joaquin County Environmental Health Department may not require a response to
all conditions identified, Live Oak recommends that the client thoroughly consider
all identified conditions and seek further information if desired.
12.0 QUALIFICATIONS
Abigail Racco received a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Columbia College
in New York City.
