Phase 1,with building <br /> -, , permits issued within 3 years, includes the development of a truck parking facility with <br /> a maximum of 61 truck parking spaces, 66 trailer parking spaces, and the parking for 13 <br /> ^�^"rte' passenger cars.Phase I is unmanned.Phase 2,with building permits issued within 5 <br /> ��";,`-, years, includes the construction of an 11,500 square foot office building. Phase 2 is <br /> - manned, and includes the development of the on-site well,on-site storm drainage, and <br /> �� on-site static water suppression tanK. <br /> AIRPORT LAND USE COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br /> This project is in the Stockton Metropolitan Airport Traffic Pattern Zone 7a. <br /> SJCOG, as ALUC, finds that this project is compatible with the 2018 Stockton <br /> Metropolitan Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan (ALUCP) <br /> (httos'//wwwsicoe.ore/ALUC). ALUC Fnda this project compatible with the <br /> following Condition of Approval: <br /> Provide written documentation from an engineer that indicates that the <br /> proposed storm drain basin will not hold water for longer than 48 hours after <br /> rainfall <br /> SJCOG would like to provide standards and project design conditions that comply with <br /> the Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan as a reference guide. Note: Jurtsdtcttoaxs <br /> determine if the following standards and conditions oppty to this project. <br /> 1. Naw land uses that may cause visual, electronic, or increased bird strike hazards <br /> to aircraft in flight shall not be permitted within any airport's influence area. <br /> Specific characteristics to be avoided include: <br /> a. Glare or distracting lights which could be mistaken for airport <br /> lights. Reflective materials are not permitted to be used in <br /> structures or signs(excluding traffic directing signs). <br /> b. Sources of dust,steam,or smoke which may impair pilot visibility. <br /> c. Sources of electrical interference with aircraft communications or <br /> navigation. No transmissions which would interfere with aircraft <br /> radio.communications or navigational signals are permitted. <br />
