The proposed use is consistent with the goals, policies, standards, and maps of the General Plan, any <br /> applicable Master Plan, Specific Plan, and Spacial Purpose Plan, and any oth¢r applicable plan <br /> atlopted by the County. <br /> This finding can be made because the TrocK Services — ParKing Use Type may be <br /> conditionally permitted in the 1-L(Limited Industrial)zona with an approval Administrative <br /> Use Permit application and the project will be conditioned for consistency with the <br /> tlav¢lopmam stanlarls for the TrucK Services—ParKing us¢type.The 1-L zone implements <br /> the General Plan's 1/L(Limited Industrial)designation_The subject paroel has a General Plan <br /> designation of 1/L and is zon¢d 1-L.Th¢refore,the use is consistent with the goals, polici¢s, <br /> standards,and maps Of the General Plan_There are no Master Piens,Specifle Plans, and/or <br /> Special Purpose Plans adopted by San Joaquin County in the proj¢ct vicinity. <br /> 2. Issuance of the permit will not ba significantly detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or be <br /> injurious to the property or improvam¢nts of adjacent properties. <br /> This tlnding can ba made because the project has bean conlitlonel to meat San Joaquin <br /> County d¢velopm¢nt reg ulations that protect public health, satety, and welfare and ensure <br /> the project is not Injurious to adjacent properties.Adlitionally,the Initial Study prepared for <br /> this project found no pot¢ntlally significant environmental impacts [hat could no[ b¢ <br /> mitigated to a less Shan significant Impact. <br /> 5.
