Airport Way, Manteca APN: 241-320-18 <br />INFORMATION: <br />The site is currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated <br />Flood Hazard Area designated as Zone A and X. The 100 -year Flood Elevation will be <br />approximately 28 feet NAVD 1988. <br />Woodward Avenue has an existing variable width right-of-way and planned right-of-way width of <br />110 feet. <br />Airport Way has an existing right-of-way of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 84-110 <br />feet. <br />The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due <br />and payable at the time of building permit application. <br />The Regional Transportation Impact Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee <br />is due and payable at the time of building permit application. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />1) The Parcel Map requirement is waived. A Certificate of Compliance is required.
