Keep potentially hazardous <br /> (perishable)food items at 41 F or below at all times. Corrected on site, Naked and Tropicana juice bottles were removed <br /> from sale and will be discarded later. Provide 41 F or below at 2 dr Habco display prior to storing any perishables inside. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F or at or above 135°F. (113996, 113998, <br /> 114037, 114343(a)) <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Restroom paper towel dispenser was empty. Provide paper towels in dispenser today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br /> maintained in good repair. Per operator they do not use the 3 comp sink currently as <br /> everything is prepackaged.
