Waste Management Units Page 4-4;indicates that Phil Lionudakis is the operator <br /> for the Resource Recovery Facility ).Is the operator still Phil Lionudakis. <br /> 2. Waste Management Units Page 4-4; indicates that the Resource Recovery Facility <br /> accepts 500 tons/day.Is 500 tons/day the proposed daily tonnage for the facility. <br /> 3. Tunes and Quantities of Waste Page 4-7; indicates that the facility accepts cannery <br /> waste.Cannery waste is prohibited at both Forward and Austin Road facilities. <br /> 4. Design Responsibility Page 5-1; indicates that the base grades for the proposed <br /> expansion will be lowered. The existing Austin Road Facility. has perimeter gas <br /> probes that are install at the approximate depth of waste. If the base grades are <br /> lowered the probe depth will need to be lowered to comply with Title 27 CCR <br /> Section 20925(1). <br /> 5. Cover Material Page 6-7;the JTD Iacks a plot plan, in accordance with Title 27 <br /> CCR Section 21600 (6)(a) 'indicating the Iocation of stockpiles of daily cover or <br /> ADC. <br /> 6. Cover Material Page 6-7;indicates that the green waste will be stockpiled for two <br /> weeks prior to processing for ADC. The Permit 39-AA-0020 has a condition <br /> that all green waste be processed within 72 hours,of receiving it. <br /> 7. Volume Reduction Activities Page 6-15 indicates that the green waste will be taken <br /> to the RRF for processing and that the green waste will be processed with a Diamond <br /> Z grinder. If the green waste arrives at the RRF for processing it must be counted <br /> against the daily tonnage of that permit even if used for ADC at the Forward Landfill. <br /> 8. Gas Manaaenaent Plan Page 7-12; indicates that the new multi-depth perimeter <br /> probes will be installed if required. Title 27 CCR Section 20925 requires that the <br /> perimeter wells be placed at the maximum depth of the waste with one shallow and <br /> one intermediate and one deep probe. The multi-depth probes will be.required. <br /> 9. Traffic Control Page 7-17;-the JTD describes the traffic pattems to the facility and <br /> the available entrances used by the facility.
