(Forward) is pleased to submit one (1) copy of the application package in order to <br /> obtain Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) for the Forward Landfill. This submittal was <br /> transmitted to the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division <br /> (Mr. Robert McClellon)to obtain a Solid Waste Facilities Permit (S P) for the Forward <br /> Landfill. It is our understanding that the following information is required by State regulations <br /> to complete the WDR application submittal to your agency: <br /> 1. Joint Application Form <br /> An application form (E-1-77) has been completed to obtain the WDRs. <br /> 2. Joint Technical Document <br /> The Joint Technical Document (JTD) is the main document in support of obtaining <br /> revised WDRs for the Forward Landfill. The Preliminary Closure/Post-Closure <br /> Maintenance Plan (PCPCMP) is included as an integral part of the JTD and is included in <br /> Appendix L. One (1) copy of the Forward Landfill JTD is included with this application <br /> package. The JTD is considered Attachment 1 to the application package. <br /> ®recycled paper <br />
