The application has been reviewed for completeness in accordance with Title 27 section 21570, <br />California Code of Regulations (CCR). <br />SJC-EHD has determined that the application package does not meet the requirements of Title 27 section 21570, <br />CCR; therefore, the application shall be rejected. <br />The following issues require that more information be submitted to the SJC-EHD prior to accept the application <br />package. <br />L JTD, AppeuJlces L, Ta61e 8 Vo rd Lnu�lfii! Provide cost estimate for landfill gas monitoring system, <br />2. JTD, page 2-6, Austin Road Interim Closure. <br />The disposal of solid waste at existing Austin Landfill shall cease on or before December 31, 2002 as <br />current S WFP permitted. If the extension of deadline is proposed, in addition to approval from CRWQCB, <br />approval from SJC-EHD and C1WMB are required, <br />3. JTD, Section 6.0 Disposal <br />Site Operntiorts. <br />The JTD does not provide plan and method that only class III waste is disposed into the space between <br />Interim final cover and intermediate liner of existing Austin Landfill. Provide the plan indicates how this <br />activity will be conducted. <br />4.
