4.4 BACKFILL AND RESTORATION OF SURFACE <br /> Under this task, backfilling of the LFG monitoring probe borings, construct the LFG <br /> monitoring probe heads, concrete vault with steel access lid and bollards associated <br /> with constructing the new LFG monitoring probes will be performed. <br /> • Once backfilling is complete, the probe heads will be fabricated as shown on the <br /> construction drawings (Figure 5) except when directed otherwise by the Field <br /> Engineer. <br /> • Concrete vault with steel access lid will be installed for each monitoring probe. <br /> • Two (2) bollards will be installed around each monument as shown on the <br /> construction drawings (Figure 5). <br /> 4.5 SURVEY NEW LANDFILL GAS MONITORING PROBES AND PREPARE AS-BUILT <br /> PROBE LOCATION MAP <br /> Once installation of the monitoring probes are completed, the probes will be <br /> surveyed by a licensed surveyor for location and elevation relative to mean sea <br /> level. An as-built probe location map will be prepared utilizing AutoCAD 2002.
