Provide the number of staff that will be involved to apply the ADC,all the required equipment and the <br /> method of application for the specific type of ADC. <br /> 2. The quantities of ADC used at the site must be recorded and maintained in the operation record for the site. <br /> If the site uses multiple types of ADC,the usage must be recorded by amount and type used. <br /> 3. Provide a plot plan identifying cover material quantities required from on-site sources. <br /> 4. Provide excavation sequence of the site and stockpile locations if stockpiled for a significant amount of <br /> time. <br /> 5. Identify or describe off-site sources or types of cover materials needed for a five-year duration if not <br /> included on plot plan. <br /> 6. Describe alternative daily cover and beneficial use waste types,quantities,processing methods,and <br /> operations methods to ensure compliance with Title 27 CCR Sections 20685 and 20690. <br /> 7. Provide calculations and supporting information based on waste types,applicable cover to waste volume <br /> ratios,applicable density conversion factors,engineering specifications,or other pertinent information to <br /> determine maximum quantity limits of these materials to be used. <br /> If you have any questions,please contar,$Steven C.
