Lack of sufficient records of ADC usage per Title 27 CCR Section <br /> 20690 (b) (6) (A) <br /> The response needs to include the items referenced in Title 14 CCR Section 18802 (a) <br /> (provided below) <br /> Section 18802.Records:Retention,Access,and Audits. <br /> (a)Agencies, haulers and operators shall prepare disposal reporting records and shall: <br /> (1)Include all information, methods, and calculations required by this Article. <br /> (2) Use a reasonable method to gather the information, such as locally required or <br /> facility specific reporting forms, electronic systems, or the optional reporting forms <br /> developed by the Board. <br /> (3)Maintain the records for three years in a usable format, such as on electronic media <br /> (computer files) or paper copies. <br /> (4)Maintain the records at one location. <br /> (S)Allow representatives of involved jurisdictions, the agency, and the Board to inspect <br /> the records during normal business hours. <br /> Tracking waste used as ADC needs to be considered when planning for the cover <br /> material needs of the site. Explain how you will accomplishment this. <br /> 2. The large size of the active face on the day of the survey <br /> The response needs to include references to Title 27 CCR Section 20630 - <br /> Confined Unloading. The response should include conditions at the site <br /> (vehicle numbers accepted/day, methods used to control traffic and how the <br /> safety concerns at the active face may impact the size of the active face, <br /> inspections and any checks and balances that are built in to control traffic and <br /> size of the active face, explain how the active face is minimized). <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
