Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I went to the facility and spoke to the person in charge. <br /> The owner was not onsite during the investigation. <br /> Per the person in charge,they were not aware of this complaint. <br /> Per the person in charge,they did not notice"THE OWNER WAS WORKING THE FOOD LINE AND CONSTANTLY KEPT <br /> COUGHING WHILE HANDLING FOOD."on the day of the alleged activity as the person in charge was working on November <br /> 25, 2022. <br /> 1 discussed California Health and Safety Code Section, Division 104-Environmental Health, Part 7, California Retail Food <br /> Code, section 113700 et sec <br /> 113974.
