The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be approximately <br /> 24 feet NAVD 1988. <br /> Eleventh Street has an existing and planned right-of-way width of 230 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1) The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic resulting <br /> from this application. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.
