We are one of the parties who paid for the <br /> full EIR during the annexation process . <br /> We wish to state that our issue is that this tower and equipment , which will be added on now and in <br /> the future , cannot interfere with any construction , building heights , and interfere with any large - scale <br /> project that we place on our commercial site . If it hinders any high - rise project or building , we will <br /> seek damages . We suspect the equipment now and , in the future , will require line of site access .
