Governments(SJCOG) Prior to the issuance of grading or construction permits forthe project site,the project proponerrt shall submit an SIMSCP application to She San Joaquin County and the SJMSCP TAC for review and approval_The temporary and permanent impacts to ruderal and grassland habitats require bath temporary and permanent impact fees as defined by the current SJMSCP fee schedule at the time of application.Additionally,avoidance and minimization measures as required by the SJMSCP shall he implemented to minimize impactsto covered species and jurisdictional resources.The Certificate of Coverage would be issued tc the project proponent to confifm the Fee has been received,that other SJMSCP requirements have been met or will be performed,and wih authorize take of covered species.Participation in the SJMSCP would fully address impacts to the covered species.
