BI4-3 Conversion of Habltat to a Developed Footprint.The project shall comply with the$1MSCP mitigation requirements for the conversion of row and field crop lands(SJCOG 2001 under the SJMSCP(2917[]),each acre of 5wainson's hawk habitat(i.e.,Agricultural Habitat lands)converted to non-open space uses would be mitigated by the establishment of 1 acre of Row and Field Crop/Riparian Preserve(a 1:1 mitigation ratio).This measure would apply to the 2.01 acres of land to be developed-This would reduce this impact to a less than si nificantlevel. a10.3.1 Indirect Impacts to Aquatic Resources.To avoid and minimize impacts to the aquatic resources in the North Fork ofSoufh Littlejohn's Creek the following best management practices and avoidance measures will be implemented. These measures are consistent with measures for SJMSCF Covered Fish Species and protection of riparian habitats. 1.No activities shall occur within the creek,no heavy equipment shail enter the creek,and the stream shall not be dewatered.All equipment shall be limited to existing roadways to minimize habitat disturbance. 2.Priorto ground disturbance,all onsite construction personnel shallbe given instruction regarding the aquatic resources within the project area and requirements to limit activities within them.
