FIRST <br />EMPLOYEE MADE TWO TRIPS TO THE DUMPSTER CARRYING GARBAGE BAGS, CAME BACK INSIDE, AND WIPED HER GLOVED HANDS ON <br />THE TOWEL USED TO WIPE DOWN THE COUNTERS. SECOND EMPLOYEE WAS THE CASHIER WHO THE COMPLAINANT OBSERVED SMASH <br />DOWN THE GARBAGE INSIDE THE CAN, PULL OUT THE GARBAGE BAG, AND HAND IT TO THE FIRST EMPLOYEE. THEN WITHOUT <br />CHANGING HER GLOVE, GRAB A CUP BY THE INSIDE OF THE CUP AND HAND IT TO A CUSTOMER. Spoke to regional manager who was on site. MURO <br />Discussed complaint. Manager was aware of complaint since facility had just <br />received disturbances against employees for not providing free food on the same <br />day the complaint was called in to EHD. Manager believes it may be the same <br />people. <br />None of the alleged practices were observed.
