TEMPERATURES GET UP TO 110 F <br />IN THE FACILITY. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. <br />As per store manager and district manager, they are aware of the complaint. AC broke 2 days ago. Maintenance company is <br />scheduled today in the afternoon to repair the AC unit. Dining area temp is at 100F. Back kitchen areas vary in temp between <br />97F to 102F. Dining area has 3 fans turned on and back kitchen has 2 fans on during my inspection. <br />Temperature of the front and back of the house should be adjusted today to provide reasonable conditions of comfort for <br />employees as mentioned in the code below. <br />114149. Ventilation systems <br />(a) All areas of a FOOD FACILITY shall have sufficient ventilation to facilitate proper FOOD storage and to provide a <br />reasonable condition of comfort for <br />each EMPLOYEE, consistent with the job performed by the EMPLOYEE. <br />Follow up inspection is required in 1 week. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
