SANAAQUIN <br />--COUNTY— <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: 12:00 pm <br />Time Out: 12:30 pm <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: BURGER KING #9796 Date: 09/22/2022 <br />Address: 1108 E YOSEMITE AVE, ESCALON 95320 <br />Owner/Operator: JONATHAN ALIABADI Telephone: (209) 838-3040 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00055203 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />FLOORS STICKY, TABLES, COUNTER, AND EQUIPMENT DIRTY. RESTAURANT IS OVERALL JUST VERY DIRTY. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />#45 Floors, Walls, Ceilings; Clean and Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: Floor and hard to reach corners, underneath the fryers, underneath the 3 comp sink, underneath the ice <br />maker, underneath the 2 comp sink, underneath the back hand sink, underneath the cold hold unit at the prep line, at the <br />soda syrup stand and at the janitorial station, have grease, dirt build up and food debris. Detail clean all these areas within 2 <br />weeks. <br />CAL CODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor <br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br />cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br />unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. (114143 (d), <br />114266, 114268, 114268.1, 114271, 114272) <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP 0 F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. <br />As per manager, he is not aware of the complaint. <br />By inspecting dining area of the facility, floor is sticky. As per manager, they are using degreaser with the water when they <br />clean the floor.
