In addition, casing centralizers and casing handling equipment, if used, will be <br /> cleaned prior to use in the construction of monitoring wells. <br /> Decontamination wash solutions and rinsate will be collected and containerized in 5- <br /> gallon buckets, 55-gallon drums, or poly tanks. The collected rinsate will be disposed of <br /> appropriately. <br /> 8.0 QUALITY CONTROL CHECKS AND ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA <br /> Refer to the Quality Assurance Project Plan for specific quality control checks and <br /> acceptance criteria. <br /> 9.0 DOCUMENTATION <br /> A record will be maintained during the purging procedure that will contain at a <br /> minimum: <br /> • Project name and number; <br /> • Date, personnel; <br /> • Decontamination procedures; <br /> • Volume of rinsate fluid generated during decontamination; and, <br /> • Disposal method of decontamination water. <br /> The data shall be recorded on a log form or in field logs. <br /> THIS INFORMATION FOR AUTHORIZED COMPANY USE ONLY <br /> STANTEC CONSULTING <br />
